THC Distillate is a highly refined cannabis extract produced to concentrate THC to very high potencies through a controlled multi-stage process:
Extraction and Winterization (Preparation): Cannabis biomass is extracted using ethanol or CO2, and the resulting crude oil is winterized to remove waxes, lipids, and plant material, preparing it for distillation.
Short-Path or Wiped-Film Distillation (Concentration): The winterized crude is distilled under vacuum and heat, separating and concentrating THC to 85-96%+ potency. Minor cannabinoid ratios - including CBD, CBN, and CBG - can be adjusted to customer specification at this stage.
